2. What is a slip ring?

A slip ring is a vital electromechanical device that enables the transfer of power and electrical signals from a stationary platform to a rotating structure. A slip ring can be used in any electromechanical system or machine/equipment that requires rotation while transmitting the power or signals, such as those found in radar antenna, gun turrets, periscopes, electro-optic sensor gimbals, space satellites, and etc. Slip ring can excellently improve the mechanical performance inside the system, simplify system operation and eliminate damage-prone wires dangling from movable joints. In electrical design, if the mechanical parts need 360-degree unlimited continuous rotation, and the wire need to be connected to the rotating part, the electrical engineer needs an rotating electrical connector to avoid the wire twisting. This electrical rotary joint is called Slip Ring.

3）Various High speed rate Signals USB1.0/2.0, 10M/100M/1000M Ethernet, SD-SDI/HD-SDI HD video Signals.

4. Under what condition can your slip rings work?

1）Woking Temperature: -60℃ to 150℃；
2）Enclosure Protection: Up to IP67 and IP68
3）Rotate Rate: 10000rpm, or 20m/s
4）Working Voltage: 10000V (current≤600A)
5）Working Current: 1200A
6）Through Hole Diameter: up to 10000mm

5. What is your working time?

Our normal working time is from 09:00-18:00 (GMT+8 Beijing Time zone), from Monday to Friday. But our R&D team of slip rings always work very hard and customer's inquiry of slip rings will be handled with high efficiency and quick speed.

6. Do you accept OEM and ODM orders of slip rings?

Yes. That's what we are doing for our customers worldwide.

7. Can your R&D team work together with us to integrate your slip rings into our system?

Yes. We are in a good position to work together with you regarding integration and our R&D team has rich experience for this demand. We welcome complicated and customized project of slip rings.

8. Do you provide free samples of slip ring?

Sorry, we don't provide free samples. According to our experience, serious buyers never ask this question. Thanks for your understanding.

9. What is your MOQ of slip rings?

Actually, this question is not important to us. What we care is long time business relationship. So you have no problem to place a small trial order to test the market as a start. But for small order, the unit cost can be much higher and the lead time can be longer if there is no stock. We have to take this into consideration when we make offer for you.

10. How to place an order of slip rings with you? 

1) Please let us know your demand in details. 
2) We will make offers immediately for your consideration and discuss the details according to your demand. For products with exclusive distribution, we'll ask our distributors to contact you. 
3) If an agreement is reached, we'll issue a proforma invoice (P/I) for your approval.
4) Then you arrange payment and we arrange the production. When the production is finished, the delivery will be made according to the trade terms as agreed.

11. How to make payment to you?.

We accept payment made by Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) , Letter of Credit (L/C) or Western Union (for samples only). Please make the payment according to the instructions of the proforma invoice.

12. To get an offer of slip ring from you, what specification of slip ring should be provided?

1）Working environment: Application, Temperature, Humidity, Enclosure, Rotating rate, Running frequency
2）Power Circuit: Rated Voltage, rated current, Number of circuits, Line lead
3）Signal Circuit: Signal Type, Transmitting Rate (frequency), Number of circuits
